Grandpa Ernest is remodeling our kitchen. The kitchen is upstairs in an area that was a bedroom when we bought this barn. I love having a kitchen upstairs. It's just different and neat. There's a deck off the kitchen that you couldn't get to from the kitchen until Grandpa put in sliding glass doors. Now you can get to the deck from EJ's room and from the kitchen. We are going to put our grill and picnic table on the deck. The view from the deck is beautiful. 
When we bought the barn, the kitchen was downstairs, all closed up in a dark room. It was gloomy. Now that it is upstairs, it is all opened up, bright and beautiful.
Grandma can't wait for the day that you can come here, eat in the kitchen, play in the yard, swim in the swimming hole, ride the ATV, play with the dogs!
